DPR Estimator

This calculator estimates the Damage Per Round (DPR) based on various combat parameters. Enter the appropriate values in the fields and click “Calculate” to see the results.

How to Use It

  • Damage: The base damage done per attack.
  • Stat Modifier: Modifier from related stats.
  • Critical Hit Chance (%): The percentage chance to land a critical hit.
  • Critical Damage Multiplier: The multiplier applied to the damage for a critical hit.
  • Attack Speed: The number of attacks per second.
  • Duration of Attack: The total time in seconds for which the attack is sustained.

How It Calculates the Results

The calculator multiplies the base damage and stat modifier to find the base DPS. It then accounts for critical hits by using the critical damage multiplier and chance to calculate the average DPS. Finally, it multiplies the average DPS by the duration of the attack to find the total damage.

Limitations

This calculator assumes a uniform attack pattern and does not account for external factors like target’s defense, buffs, debuffs, or other situational modifiers. It is designed for theoretical comparisons only.
