CPK Calorie Calculator

How to Use the CPK Calorie Calculator

Fill in your gender, age, height, weight, and select your activity level. Then click the “Calculate” button to find out your daily calorie needs.

How It Calculates the Results

The CPK Calorie Calculator uses the Mifflin-St Jeor equation for calculating Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) and then adjusts the result based on your activity level to estimate the total daily calorie expenditure.

Men: BMR = (10 * weight in kg) + (6.25 * height in cm) – (5 * age in years) + 5
Women: BMR = (10 * weight in kg) + (6.25 * height in cm) – (5 * age in years) – 161
TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure) = BMR * Activity Level

Calculator Limitations

This calculator provides an estimate of your daily calorie needs. Individual metabolic rates can vary. This tool does not take into account factors such as muscle mass, specific body composition, or medical conditions which may affect calorie needs.
