How it Calculates the Results

The total calorie count is calculated using the following formula:

  • Protein calories = (Protein grams per 100g / 100) * Serving Size * 4
  • Carbohydrate calories = (Carbs grams per 100g / 100) * Serving Size * 4
  • Fat calories = (Fat grams per 100g / 100) * Serving Size * 9

The sum of these three values gives the total calorie count for the serving size you entered.
