How It Calculates Results
This calculator computes the number of pavers you need by performing the following steps:
- Calculates the total area by multiplying the length and width of the area.
- Converts the dimensions of the paver from centimeters to meters and calculates the area of a single paver.
- Divides the total area by the paver area to get the number of pavers required without considering wastage.
- Multiplies the number of pavers by (1 + wastage percentage) to include wastage in the calculation.
- Rounds up the result to the nearest whole number to ensure you have enough pavers.
